Return & Refund Policy

At The Spirit Edit, many of our items are made-to-order or customized especially for you. Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, the following policies apply:

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations, changes, and refunds cannot be accepted because your order may already be in production or customization has begun.

Custom & Personalized Items
All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes items customized with names, numbers, teams, schools, colors, or other personalized options.

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Pre-order and made-to-order items are produced specifically based on customer orders and are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your Spirit Edit order! If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Sizing
Please review sizing information carefully before ordering. Because custom and made-to-order items cannot be resold, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to an incorrect size being selected.
